Equipment
Am I required to bring my own golf clubs and balls?
No, Tee It Up! welcomes everyone who would like to discover golf in a new way. Complimentary rental clubs are available during your visit. We offer both men’s and ladies’ clubs, as well as a left-handed set. Simply speak to us during check-in.
As our simulators are equipped with an automatic tee-up system, each bay already contains a sufficient number of golf balls.
Can I play with my own golf balls?
All of our simulators are equipped with an automatic tee-up system, which automatically provides a new ball after each shot. Guests are welcome to use their own golf balls; however, we kindly ask that:
the golf balls are clean, in good condition and without logos, as marked or damaged balls may cause significantly more wear or dirt on the impact screen
you briefly inform our staff during check-in so the system can be adjusted accordingly and your own balls are not fed into the ball machine
Please note that in this case, the automatic tee-up function will not be available.
What shall I wear to go and play indoor golf?
In general, anything you feel comfortable wearing is absolutely fine. We do not enforce any dress code. We simply ask that footwear is clean before entering the simulator bays and that no spikes or studs are worn, in order to avoid damaging the hitting mats.
We also provide the option to quickly clean your shoes on site before play.
Simulators & Technology
How does the auto-tee system work?
Every simulator at Tee It Up! is equipped with an auto-tee system. After each shot, the ball automatically rolls back into a return channel and is then fed directly back into the ball machine. This eliminates the need to collect golf balls manually and allows for a significantly faster pace of play.
In addition, the system stores each player’s preferred tee height between 25 mm and 60 mm, making the overall experience even more comfortable and seamless.
Can I hit irons of the auto-tee system?
Irons and wedges should not be played directly from the automatic tee-up system, as the leading edge of the club could damage the mechanism.
For players who prefer to tee off with irons, or when playing Par 3 holes, we provide plastic tees on site. Please note that these are not automatic and must be collected again after use.
Do I need to register in the GOLFZON app beforehand?
No. You can use the simulators perfectly fine as a guest player without registering.
However, the GOLFZON app makes the experience considerably more convenient: you can save your own golf bag and personal settings, manage scorecards, access AI-powered swing analysis and much more. This means everything is already set up for you whenever you visit.
Groups & Players
How many players can use one simulator simultaneously?
The system supports up to six players at the same time. However, we recommend a maximum of three to four players per bay, as larger groups may lead to longer waiting times between shots.
We are a larger group - can you accomodate us?
Absolutely!
With five simulators, Tee It Up! can accommodate up to 30 players at the same time. For larger groups, we simply recommend booking multiple bays simultaneously. Whether it is a corporate event, stag do, birthday or any other group event, we are happy to put together a suitable package — just get in touch with us.
GOLFZON also offers a Network Play feature. This allows all bays to be connected so players can compete and play together across different simulators online. Network Play not only enables local multiplayer sessions within Tee It Up!, but also allows you to play with other GOLFZON users around the world.
Do I require a handicap to play?
No. Tee It Up! is open to everyone — from complete beginners to experienced golfers. You do not need a handicap or any prior golfing experience. The simulators can be adjusted to suit every skill level, and our team will gladly help you get started if it is your first time using a simulator.
Is there a simulator for left-handed players?
Yes — Bay 2 is our Tour Bay featuring GOLFZON Dual-Plate technology, designed for both right- and left-handed players. Simply let us know at check-in and we'll set everything up for you.
Booking process
For how long should I book a simulator?
That depends on your goal and the number of players. As a general guideline:
1 hour — focused practice or 9 holes as a single player. Experienced golfers may also complete 18 holes within an hour.
2 hours — 18 holes for 2–4 players, with some time to warm up beforehand. This is our recommendation for the typical visit.
3 hours or more — larger groups of 5+ players, multiple rounds, or events with a tournament format.
Please note that these are only general recommendations — the actual pace of play may vary depending on the players and game mode.
How do I book?
All bookings are made via the Sweetspot app (link below) — simply download the app, choose your bay and preferred time slot, and complete your booking.
Bookings are mandatory, as we may keep the venue closed on days with very low demand. Walk-ins therefore cannot be guaranteed.
When does Tee It Up open?
