GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Tee It Up GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and the customers (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) for all bookings, services and uses of the facility as well as the equipment and facilities provided.

 

2. Booking and payment
​

  • Bookings can be made online via the Sweetspot App or website or on-site.

  • The booking is only considered confirmed once the provider has confirmed it by email or in the booking system.

  • Payment is made in advance using the payment methods offered.

 

3. Cancellations and changes
​

  • Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked appointment.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full amount will be charged.

  • In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the booked time will be charged.

3.A Season Passes — Duration & Cancellation

​

      The following conditions apply to season passes in addition to § 3:

  • Season passes run for the duration of one season (October 1st through April 30th of the following year) and expire automatically at the end of the season. No cancellation is required.

  • For monthly payment plans, early cancellation is not permitted. The pass holder is obligated to pay the monthly fees until the end of the season.

  • For one-time payments, refunds are excluded unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.

  • Unused hours, bar credit, or any other benefits expire at the end of the season and will not be refunded or carried over.

  • Further details regarding usage, priority booking, and additional benefits are set out in the Season Pass Terms, which form an integral part of this agreement.

4. Use of the facility
​

  • Use of the indoor golf facility is only permitted with clean, abrasion-resistant footwear.

  • Only clean golf clubs may be used.

  • Only balls provided by the provider may be used, or balls without logos and markings to prevent the screen from becoming dirty.

  • Entering the facility under the influence of alcohol and drugs is prohibited.

  • Smoking of any kind—including e-cigarettes, vapes, or similar devices—is strictly prohibited in all areas of our facility. A designated smoking area is located outside directly in front of the entrance.

 

5. Liability
​

  • Use of the facility is at your own risk.

  • The provider is not liable for any injuries or damages that users may incur while using the facility.

  • The provider assumes no liability for items brought along.

6. House rules
​

  • The provider reserves the right to refuse entry.

  • The staff is authorized to expel any person who violates the terms and conditions or the house rules from the facility.

 

7. Data protection
​

  • All personal data will be treated in accordance with the legal provisions on data protection.

8. Final provisions
​

  • Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, a provision shall be deemed agreed that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a gap in the regulation.

  • The place of performance and jurisdiction for all disputes is Hamburg.
