1. Cleanliness & Equipment

• Please wear clean sports shoes with non-marking soles at all times. Metal-spiked golf shoes, boots and dirty footwear are not permitted.

• Only clean golf clubs may be used. Please clean your clubs before entering the premises.

• We recommend using the golf balls provided by us to prevent dirt and damage to the simulator screens.

• You may use your own golf balls provided they are clean, free from logos and markings, and in good condition. Important: The automatic teeing system must not be used with personal golf balls.

2. Conduct in the Playing Area

• Only the person taking a shot may enter the immediate hitting area. All other visitors must maintain a safe distance.

• A circular floor sticker marked "ACHTUNG SCHWUNGBEREICH" (WARNING: SWING AREA) indicates the potential hazard. Please be aware that the actual swing area extends beyond the marked area.

• Before taking each shot, ensure that no other person is within swinging distance of your golf club.

• Parents and other supervising adults are responsible for properly supervising children in their care. Children under the age of 12 may only enter the playing area when accompanied by a supervising adult.

• Please follow all safety instructions given by our staff.

3. No Smoking

• Smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes, vaping devices and similar products, is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the premises.

• A designated smoking area is located outside, directly in front of the entrance.

4. Food & Drinks

• Food and drinks may only be consumed in designated areas. Please do not take food or drinks into the simulator bays.

• Consumption of food and drinks brought in from outside is not permitted. Food ordered through Tee It Up! from our partner restaurants is, of course, welcome.

• Please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided and leave your area clean and tidy.

5. Technical Information

• If you experience any technical difficulties, please inform a member of staff immediately. Playing time lost due to verifiable technical faults will, where possible, be made up or credited.

• Quick-start guides for operating the simulators are available in each bay.

• Please do not attempt to modify or adjust any technical equipment or simulator components yourself.

6. Bookings & Cancellations

• We recommend booking your playing time in advance through our online booking system.

• Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking or failure to attend will result in the full booking amount being charged.

• Our General Terms and Conditions also apply, including the provisions relating to bookings and cancellations.

7. General Information

• Liability for personal belongings is governed by the provisions of our General Terms and Conditions.

• Our staff reserve the right to refuse entry to, or require the departure of, anyone who breaches these House Rules or our General Terms and Conditions, or who poses a risk to the safety of others.

• Dogs are not permitted on the premises.

• Please treat our facilities and equipment with care and report any damage or technical problems to a member of staff immediately.

8. Application of the House Rules

These House Rules are intended to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors. Our General Terms and Conditions also apply, particularly the provisions relating to liability and use of the facilities.
