1. Cleanliness & Equipment

• Please wear only clean athletic shoes with abrasion-resistant soles. Shoes with metal spikes, boots, or dirty shoes are not permitted.

• Use only clean golf clubs. Please clean your clubs before entering the facility.

• To avoid damage to the screen, use only the balls provided by us

• Personal golf balls are permitted provided they are clean, free of logos or markings, and in good condition. Please note: when using personal golf balls, the auto-tee system is not available.

 

2. Behavior in the play area

• Only the person playing is allowed in the play area. Other people should stay outside the marked area.

• Parents are responsible for their children. Children under 12 years of age may only enter the play area if accompanied by an adult.

 

3. Smoking Policy

• Smoking of any kind — including e-cigarettes, vapes, or similar devices — is strictly prohibited in all areas of the facility. A designated smoking area is located outside directly at the entrance.

4. Food & Drink

• Eating and drinking are permitted in designated areas. Please do not bring food or drinks into the simulator pits.

• Please dispose of waste in the containers provided and keep your area clean

• Please understand that the consumption of food and drinks not purchased on site is not permitted in our premises

 

5. Technical information

• If you experience technical problems, please contact our staff. Any lost game time due to technical issues will be credited.

• Brief instructions for operating the simulators can be found in each box

 

6. Bookings & Cancellations

• Please book your playing time in advance via our online booking system

• Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations are subject to a fee.

 

7. General information

• We assume no liability for personal items

• We reserve the right to refuse entry in case of violation of the house rules
