• Personal injury, property damage or financial loss resulting from improper use of the facility or equipment.

• Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, including clothing, valuables and equipment.

• Damage to vehicles in our parking lots.

Our liability is limited to damages caused by our intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
