1. Use of the Facilities

Use of the indoor golf facilities, including all equipment and amenities provided, is at each visitor's own risk and responsibility. All visitors are required to use the facilities and equipment properly, comply with all safety instructions and conduct themselves in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others.

2. Liability of the Operator

We accept unlimited liability for death, personal injury or damage to health resulting from any intentional or negligent breach of duty by us, our legal representatives or persons acting on our behalf.

In respect of all other losses or damage, we accept unlimited liability in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

In cases of ordinary negligence, our liability shall be limited to breaches of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability shall be restricted to losses or damage that are typical of the contract and reasonably foreseeable.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall also apply for the benefit of our legal representatives, employees and persons acting on our behalf.

3. Personal Belongings

We accept no liability for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises, except where such loss or damage is attributable to wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives or persons acting on our behalf.

4. Vehicles

Vehicles parked in public parking areas are left entirely at the owner's risk. Liability for any loss or damage to vehicles shall be governed exclusively by the liability provisions set out above.

Tee It Up GmbH does not own or operate any dedicated parking facilities.

5. Personal Responsibility and Insurance

We recommend that all visitors hold appropriate personal liability and accident insurance. However, proof of such insurance is not a requirement for entering or using the facilities.
