1. Scope of Application

These Season Pass Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Tee It Up GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and natural persons (hereinafter referred to as the “Pass Holder”) who purchase a paid season pass from Tee It Up. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and House Rules of Tee It Up GmbH shall apply.

 

2. Season Passes & Included Benefits

The season passes offered differ in the scope of included playing hours, access rights, and additional benefits. The respective description of services is displayed on the website and during the booking process and forms part of the contract.

 

3. Season Duration & Validity

The indoor golf season at Tee It Up runs annually from 1 October until 30 April of the following year. Season passes are valid exclusively within this period and automatically expire at the end of the respective season. No automatic renewal shall apply.

 

Any unused hours, benefits, or credits shall expire at the end of the season unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

4. End of Season & Termination

Season passes automatically expire at the end of the respective season and do not require cancellation.

Any refund of payments already made is excluded unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

 

5. Playing Time & Conditions of Use

The hours included within the season pass are credited monthly and may be used flexibly until the end of the respective season. Any unused hours shall expire at the end of the season.

 

All hour allocations are personal to the Pass Holder and non-transferable. Cash payouts, credits, or transfers to other persons are excluded.

 

The Provider reserves the right to temporarily restrict playing times for operational reasons (e.g. maintenance, internal events, or private functions). In such cases, the Pass Holder shall be informed in due time.

 

6. Priority Booking

Depending on the selected season pass model, Pass Holders receive prioritised booking rights (e.g. 3 or 7 days prior to release for regular guests).

Such rights do not guarantee access to a specific time slot, bay, or simulator model.

 

7. Additional Hours & Discounts

Pass Holders receive the following discounts on the regular hourly rate for additional hours booked:

Classic Tee: €5 per hour

Silver Tee, Golden Tee, Weekend Warrior & Founders Circle: €10 per hour

 

These discounts apply exclusively to the respective Pass Holder and are non-transferable.

 

8. Bar Credit

Certain season passes include a one-off bar credit for food and beverages purchased on site.

 

The credit may only be used within Tee It Up and cannot be redeemed for simulator time or other services or converted into cash.

The credit is non-transferable and may only be redeemed within Tee It Up. Any unused credit shall expire at the end of the season.

 

9. Founders Circle

The Founders Circle is an exclusive season pass introduced for the opening of Tee It Up and is available exclusively for the first season.

Following the conclusion of the first season, the Founders Circle shall neither be renewed nor offered again.

 

10. Misuse & Suspension

Season passes are personal to the Pass Holder and may neither be transferred nor shared.

 

In the event of a breach of these terms or misuse of booking rights, the Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently revoke the season pass.

 

11. Data Protection

The data protection provisions of Tee It Up GmbH shall apply and are available at:

Pass Holders consent to the storage and processing of their data for the purpose of contract administration.

 

12. Amendments to these Terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms where there is a legitimate reason to do so.

Any amendments shall be communicated in text form at least 30 days prior to taking effect. Unless an objection is raised within 14 days, the amendments shall be deemed accepted.
